Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and make use of personal information. The following outlines our Privacy Policy.

A cookie is a very small text document, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier. When you visit a Web site, that site's computer asks your computer for permission to store this file in a part of your hard drive specifically designated for cookies. Each Web site can send its own cookie to your browser if your browser's preferences allow it, but (to protect your privacy) your browser only permits a Web site to access the cookies it has already sent to you, not the cookies sent to you by other sites.

Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser settings to decline cookies if you prefer. If you choose to disable cookies this will not affect your experience on our website, apart from seeing some of the same popups again.

When you visit our website we show you buttons to allow the use of all cookies or only strictly necessary cookies. When you allow all cookies we enable the use of Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel.

We might also use similar technologies, like HTML5 sessionStorage to store your non-personally identifying preferences, for example to remember your Accessibility preferences.

We use Google Analytics as a third party tracking service, but we don’t use it to track you individually or collect your Personal Information. We use Google Analytics to collect information about how our website performs and how our users, in general, navigate through and use our website. This helps us evaluate our users' use of our website; compile statistical reports on activity; and improve our content and website performance.

Google Analytics gathers certain simple, non-personally identifying information over time, such as your IP address, browser type, internet service provider, referring and exit pages, time stamp, and similar data about your use of our website. We do not link this information to any of your personal information.

Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to this site is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Use and the Google Privacy Policy.

Opting out:

You can opt out of Google Analytics by using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. You can find this here.

Users can set preferences for how Google advertises to you using the Google Ad Settings page. Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Ads Settings. Alternatively, you can opt out by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative Opt Out page or by using the Google Analytics Opt Out Browser add on.

Third parties, including Facebook, may use cookies, web beacons, and other storage technologies to collect or receive information from our website and elsewhere on the Internet and use that information to provide measurement services and target ads.

Users can opt-out of the collection and use of information for ad targeting by either not allowing the use of cookies on our website or by changing their preferences on websites like http://www.aboutads.info/choices and http://www.youronlinechoices.eu/.

We use Matterport to show you 3D tours of our facilities. Matterport may set its own cookies which we have no control over, when you view a 3D tour.

We use CookieYes to show you a cookie consent banner. CookieYes sets its own cookies in order to remember your consent preferences.

IP addresses are used by your computer every time you are connected to the Internet. Your IP address is a number that is used by computers on the network to identify your computer.

We do not store your IP address on our servers when you access our web site. Google Analytics might send your IP to Google when you visit our web site - we have enabled a feature provided by Google Analytics called IP Anonymization which prevents your full IP address to be stored by Google according to this page.

If you choose to correspond with us through email, we may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses. We provide the same protections for these electronic communications that we employ in the maintenance of information received online, mail and telephone.

Email is not recognized as a secure medium of communication. For this reason, we request that you do not send private information to us by email.

Broadly speaking, we use personal information for purposes of administering our business activities, providing customer service and making available other items and services to our customers and prospective customers.

Our web site will not obtain personally-identifying information about you when you visit our site, unless you choose to provide such information to us, nor will such information be sold or otherwise transferred to unaffiliated third parties without the approval of the user at the time of collection. We may disclose information when legally compelled to do so, in other words, when we, in good faith, believe that the law requires it or for the protection of our legal rights.

Our services are not intended for—and we don’t direct them to—anyone under 13. And that’s why we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

Our site may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. This includes links to an external booking engine at https://valeniboutiquehotel.reserve-online.net/ which is operated by WebHotelier. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We highly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services.

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy at any time with or without notice. However, please be assured that if the Privacy Policy changes in the future, we will not use the personal information you have submitted to us under this Privacy Policy in a manner that is materially inconsistent with this Privacy Policy, without your prior consent.

We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.

If you have any questions about our privacy policy you can email us at [email protected] or call us at +30 24280 90206.
