You can enjoy our spa facilities for 25 € / person. Daily use facilities include:

Recommendations

Valeni Spa is a full-service spa available to all guests. A private locker, robe, towels and flip flops are available. In consideration of other guests, we ask that all mobile phones be turned off whilst visiting the Spa.

During Your Visit

Please let yourself in the experienced hands of the Spa therapists and let them know if you are comfortable or uncomfortable, too warm or too cold, or if their pressure is too light or too firm at any point during your treatment. Our goal is to make you feel the ultimate experience and ensure you leave extremely satisfied.

Spa Apperance

Please remove all jewellery and clothing, leaving on your undergarments. If your treatment involves water therapy you are required to wear a swimsuit. Please make sure that your valuables are kept in your locker. The management cannot be held responsible for the loss of any personal possessions.

Check-In

We suggest that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. In consideration of all Spa guests and therapists, late arrivals will cause a delay on scheduled treatments.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to other guests and our therapists, cancellations received within less than 3 hours from the scheduled treatment will be subject to 50% cancellation charge of the total cost of treatment. Additionally, in case of no-show or last minute cancellations the full cost of the scheduled treatment will occur.

Restrictions

Access to the Spa facilities is allowed for guests of 16 years and older. Valeni Boutique Hotel & Spa is strictly non–smoking. Consumption of food and drink is not allowed inside the Spa
