2. Smoking is not allowed in any rooms or common areas.

3. Valeni Boutique Hotel operates as a Resort & Spa. The facilities, the limited number of rooms, the services offered and the desire of our guests for relaxation and tranquility make the hotel unfriendly for families with children younger than 16 years old. Thus accommodation is recommended to:

1. Groups of adults and couples
2. Families with children older than 16 years old

4. Use of the hotel facilities (pools, hammam, gym, sauna etc) is available to

1. Hotel guests based on their reservation
2. External visitors, only after contacting us to get informed about:
   1. availability
   2. cost of use
3. Spa treatments are appointment only.
4. Use of spa facilities is allowed for persons above 16 years old.

5. No pets allowed at the hotel.

1. No fee is charged for cancellations 21 days before the confirmed arrival date.

2. For cancellations between 20 and 1 days before the arrival date:

1. The cancellation fee is 50% of the total stay or
2. You can move the reservation on a later date based on availability without a cancellation fee.

3. Any cancellation after the arrival date results in 100% charge for the days you have already stayed including the cancellation day and 50% for the remaining days.

Prepaid discount packages are non refundable, non transferable and cannot be moved to a different date in case of cancellation.

Personal Responsibility

Use of the gym equipment is at the guests' own risk. The hotel accepts no liability for any injuries or accidents.

Entry and use of the gym are prohibited for children under the age of 16.

Hygiene & Safety

It is mandatory to take a shower before entering the facilities and using the pool.

1. Parking Areas

Hotel parking spaces are located across various indoor and outdoor areas. Parking is at the driver's sole risk.

2. Limitation of Liability for Damage & Theft

The hotel accepts no liability for theft, loss, damage, or destruction of vehicles or any valuable items left inside them.

3. Entry, Exit & Accidents

The hotel is not liable for any accidents, personal injuries, or property damage that may occur during entry, movement, or exit to/from the hotel premises.

4. Driver's Liability

The driver bears sole and exclusive civil and criminal liability for any incident, damage caused to third parties, or traffic violations within the premises.

5. Video Surveillance (CCTV)

The parking areas are monitored by a closed-circuit television (CCTV) system strictly for the security of the premises and individuals, in accordance with applicable legislation.

Always lock your vehicle and do not leave valuables in plain sight.
